William J. (Bill) Krueger joined the JK & Company team with Re/Max Premier, effective September 2010. His extensive background in commercial real estate and his knowledge of the Northern Virginia community bodes well for a successful career in residential real estate. He is a member of the Dulles Areas Association of Realtors and NAR.

Bill’s 17 year career as Senior Asset Manager for Sunrise Senior Living, the nation’s largest manager of senior living communities, included managing a $1.5 billion portfolio of 79 communities owned by a large healthcare REIT and managed by Sunrise, with annual revenues over $400 million and generating over $25 million of annual management fees.

A native of Chicago, Bill has lived in the NOVA area for 18 years. His educational background includes a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Bill and his wife Mary and their two sons William & Wyatt have lived in Loudoun County since 1997.

Outside of work, Bill enjoys coaching his sons’ basketball and baseball teams and volunteering at their schools. His hobbies include skiing, golf, tennis, and basketball. In addition to his hobbies and volunteering in the community Bill owns and manages investment properties in Alexandria, Deep Creek Lake MD, and the Outer Banks of NC.
