Joe is dedicated to providing the best possible real estate service. To that end he continually takes classes and seminars aimed at increasing his knowledge and understanding of the field. In his quest to exceed the expectations of his clients, Joe has earned the professional designation ABR. This nationally recognized designation indicates that Joe is an Accredited Buyers Representative and that he has the training and knowledge required to meet the special needs of homebuyers.

Joe is a member of the Dulles Area Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council. All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate. Joe's career accomplishment and outstanding performance has placed him in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Chairman’s Club, RE/MAX Platinum Club, and the Dulles Area Association of Realtors (DAAR) Top Producer Club. Joe is also a DAAR Platinum Production recipient. In 2004, Joe was recognized by DAAR as the # 2 Top Individual Producer in the Association.

A native of New Jersey, Joe has lived in the Dulles area since 1980. He attended Rutgers University and DeVry Institute of Technology to study Electronics Technology and Business Management and, following school, entered a career in Services and Business Development in the high tech field. Here Joe honed important skills in customer service, management and attention to detail, all of which help to ensure the success of his real estate clients today.

A father of a son and daughter, Joe enjoys spending some of his time volunteering in youth activities such as Youth Hockey programs. Joe's involvement in the education and activities of his children has given him an acute awareness of the needs and wants of families in the area. He knows the schools, the neighborhoods, the services and the benefits available and is a valuable information resource both for those new to the area as well as to those who are simply changing neighborhoods.

An avid sports fan, Joe enjoys playing ice hockey in Ashburn. He is also a season ticket holder to the Redskins and Capitals, and can be found cheering on his team at many of the games.

Joe's goal in his everyday business is simple but accomplished only through experience, knowledge and a thorough understanding of the field. Joe strives to provide responsive, professional service and to ensure a client’s every need has been met. He achieves this by handling every transaction as if it were his own. Joe also understands the need to give back to the community that helps him succeed. Joe contributes a portion of each sale to Children's Miracle Network, which directly benefits the local Children’s Hospital. These contributions have helped make Re/Max Premier the #1 contributor to Children's Miracle Network in the Re/Max Central Atlantic Region.
